Depending on how we have worked with our third parties, Riskallay will discriminate against their states, recognizing the following:
Pending: In this state, you will find those third parties:
- which we have not so far included in any evaluation or
- performed any type of screening associated with it (see different types of screening)
That is, they are loaded on the platform, but we have not yet evaluated them in either of the above two ways.
In progress: Here will be third parties to whom already:
- they have been sent a question form or
- who have had at least one screening (associated with it) with the scoring tool.
The transition to this state is made automatically by Riskallay.
Approved or Rejected: In order for a third party to change in one of these states, it must necessarily have passed before the "In progress" state (because having passed through the "In progress" state means that it has been evaluated, either through a checklist or a screening; and according to the results, its approval or refusal can be determined).
The transition to any of these states can be accomplished in two ways:
- Once the analyst has verified the results released by the tool on third parties in "In progress" status, you can from the profile of each third Approved or Rejected it. This process supports massive actions to make simultaneous modifications.
- "Automate third-party status change" functionality may also be enabled (for the Rejected state only) to make that transition to rejected automatic, in case the third-party in "In progress" status, by completing your assessment you do not achieve minimum criteria set by us.
