The Screening Tool: Refinitiv
Riskallay is integrated with a powerful screening tool that allows its users to access truthful and verified information from different sources and information bases at local, regional and global levels.
With this, and without leaving the platform, a third party screening can be performed that will provide valuable information for a deeper evaluation of the platform.
To access REFINITIV, the user can do it in two different ways:
1. Performing screenings without having to associate it with a third party
2. Performing a screenings associating it to a third party
Screenings without the need to associate them with a third party
Using this option, we can perform any type of search, without needing to refer specifically to a third party of our organization; or we can also here perform the search for a third party of our organization, but without leaving the screening associated with the tab that we have loaded of this third in the platform.
We will find this option in the left side panel, in the last option in the column.
There we will be redirected to the next window, where by accessing the option "Start Screening", we can start with the search.
Screenings involving a third party
Using this option, the screening will be associated in the tab of the third on which we are conducting the search.
We must go to the tab "Third Party Listing", in the left side panel.
There, a window will open with a list of all the third parties loaded so far, having to choose the third to analyze; and finally choose in the right margin of the screen in "Actions", the option "See Third".
When choosing the View Third action, a new window will open already with all specific information of the chosen Third, clicking the "Scoring Tool" option and finally "Start Screening".
How to use the Screening Tool
Whether we opt for either of the above two options, click the "Start Screening" tab...
...a search engine will be accessed, where the data of the company or individual on whom the screening will be carried out must be completed.
The next screen will show a list of the companies or individuals found by the scoring tool with the highest matches. The user, depending on the data indicated, can access from the action "more information" to the Third Party Screening.
Such information may be downloaded and saved by the analyst.
