How do I create the different types of third parties?

The tool is configured based on three types of third parties: 


  • Suppliers


  • Customers


  • Business Partners


If deemed necessary, as many categories may be created according to the procedures and needs of each company.


To do this, we access the general settings located in the upper right, and there select general settings:


Settings- General Settings - Third Party Classification - Third Party Module - Add Third Party Type 


Then, we access the "Third Party Module" and then the options "Third Party Classification"  / "Add Third Party Type". 



There you can create new categories, placing the corresponding name in the three default languages.


Once this new third party classification is added, it will be saved in your account settings, so that you can incorporate in it, the third parties that you will add and correspond to this category.
