If you’ve made it this far, it’s because you received an email in your inbox with a Riskallay sender informing you that you have a new evaluation request.
When you open the email, you will find a text with information about the name of the evaluation to be completed, the expiration date, and at the end, the signature of your provider or client who sent it to you through Riskallay.
You will also see a blue "Sig up" button, which you must click to start the registration process.
The registration process is the first step you need to take. Here, you will generate a password, with which you can later enter the platform of Riskallay to complete the assessment.
By clicking on the link, you will open a new window where you must complete the information required for registration and create a password:
Language and time zone
You can select the languages Spanish, English or Portuguese. The language you choose, you will be with which you will observe the interface of your account when you first log in. You can also select the time zone in which you are currently located ( you will always be able to change these preferences in Your Profile).
The password must have:
- a minimum length of 8 characters,
- with at least one lower case,
- a capital letter, a number
- and one of the following: ! @#$% &*
Once you have completed all fields, you must click on the button Register
Finally the screen will be updated, redirecting you to the home page of Riskallay (Riskallay (zenta.app) ) so that you can log in, here you will see a field to complete your associated email ( You must indicate the email associated with the registration), while in the lower left of the screen you will see a pop-up window that will confirm that the registration was successful.
By indicating the e-mail associated with the registration and clicking on continue, you will be redirected to a new window:
In the Email address you have to assign your e-mail associated with the registration and in the Password field, the password that you generated moments before when you performed the registration process and click on Continue.
Once logged in, you will find yourself on the main page of your account at Riskallay, where you will observe the/the assessment/pending/s to complete:
